Hello friends, 

I am Muhammet from Salihli Borsa İstanbul Vocational and  Technical Anatolian High School.

We met with our teacher Burcu Sönmez for Biometic technology the previous week and we made a calendar and ı made a plan on the subject called Robotics and Insects in my calendar.

 

We also talked with the works that we will do in March . We learned that we will make 3D buildings with Thinkercad. And we will also learn to use Geogebra , we will learn about very interesting topics,

Hi Guys

 Hi friends,

 I am Arda from Salihli Borsa İstanbul Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. 

We are taking part in eTwinning projects for the first time this year. We do new studies, we learn new things. Sometimes we work together at school, and sometimes we meet and work online. 

    For example, our work this week was to prepare a calendar. Our calendar topics were biomimetic technology. There were many interesting topics. We did research with our teacher Burcu Sönmez and we prepared our tasks online with the Canva web2.0 tool. We think that after all our friends complete their tasks, a very good informative calendar will emerge. This is how our week went.

How is going our project at your schools?

 

Hello ,As the Salihli Şehit Mustafa Serin Aihl project team, we have completed our calendar work. The main theme of the calendar is biomimetics. Biomimetics is a science that examines the models in nature and then aims to find solutions to people's problems by imitating or being inspired by these designs. We found very interesting information.  Many of the things we use are actually inspired by nature. The relationship between nature and mathematics is wonderful.

Hi guys. We started our work as the school project team of Şehit Erhan Ar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.

First of all, we created our avatars in Pixton, we prepared posters introducing ourselves on Canva. We did our biomimetic research and completed our 2022 calendar study. Together we will create great work.

Logo contest :)

Hi!

On November 28, we worked on our logo designs with pleasure and shared them with each other.

On November 29, we voted among ourselves and chose the best logo. This is our winning logo.

                                                          

Then, a general vote was made with the logos made by our other friends in our project.

We all asked our relatives and friends to vote.

On December 3, the results were announced. I was very hopeful but unfortunately ours did not win. Congratulations to the winner and their team! 👏

First of all, hello everyone, today I want to talk to you about an interesting geometric shape, the möbius shape. It was discovered by Johann Benedict Listing in 1861. It is known as the first one-sided geometric figure in the history of mathematics and represents infinity. Geometrically, it is obtained by bending one end of a strip 180 degrees and joining it with the other end. Another feature of Möbius tape is that if you draw a line in the middle of the tape and cut the shape along the line, the shape will not split in half, but rather create long twisted shapes. Thank you so much for reading my blog about the Möbius shape, it is an honor to be involved in this project with my friends and teacher.😊😊

Logo selection process

 Hi! 

On November 28, We worked on our logo designs and shared them with each other. we talked about the details we can fix and improve.

On November 29, We voted live at a zoom meeting and chose the best logo. 

Yes, this is our school's best logo.

Then, a general vote was held with the logos chosen by the schools participating in our project.

We've all asked our families, friends and relatives to vote.

E twinning logo contest

 On November 29, we chosed the best logo from our group.

Our friend grkm.skko's logo was chosen (to be honest, I liked that logo the most)

On December 3, the actual logo of the project was chosen.

The winner was the logo of arda.bs. Congratulations.

It was an exciting competition, our hearts would stop until we saw the results.
